Overall, I dread using this application, and while it should be an easy mean to do the most basic tracking and recharging of my service, the app makes it really hard for me to do so, and finally, I would NEVER trust an application like this with my credit card information.

Apart from the very hard UX and the disorganization of services scattered between tabs, and the lack of on-boarding and many other basic mobile app functionalities, I am most frustrated about two things.
